We will not make personal information available externally unless required for business and permitted by law. We do not sell information we receive from you. We do not provide information we receive from you to persons or organizations for their own marketing purposes.

Information we receive from you on applications & other forms, such as your: mailing & location address; telephone number; social security number; lien holder. 

Information we receive from your transactions with us, such as payment history; policy coverage; premiums; underwriting; & claim documents.

Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency or insurance support organization, such as claims history & credit report information as permitted by law. 

How We Use Information About You

Information we receive about you is maintained in our company & agent files & is used to underwrite policies; process claims; ensure proper billing; provide for reinsurance to service your insurance needs. 

We will not disclose nonpublic personal information received from either application; other forms; transactions; consumer reporting agencies; or insurance support organizations. 

Information Disclosure

As permitted by law we may share information about you without prior permission in the transaction of business with: 

• Our agents; reinsurance companies; claim adjusters; investigators; attorneys who need the information to investigate; defend; or settle a claim involving you.
• Other insurance companies or agents in connection with any application; policy; or claim involving you.
• Insurance regulatory agencies in connection with regulation of your business.
•  Law enforcement or other governmental authorities to protect our legal interest or in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activities, authorized persons as ordered by subpoena, warrant or other court order as required by law.
• Lien holders, mortgages, lessors or other persons shown on our records as having a legal or beneficial interest in your policy.
